- Five in-class tests throughout semester to demonstrate an understanding of supply chain management concepts and other relevant subject content. 500 words 10% Fortnightly;
- Draft Supply Chain Report describing a selection of supply chain management-related initiatives to improve the overall performance of construction projects and firms. Hurdle Hurdle Week 6;
- Peer review of 750 words critically analysing the work of a peer, providing constructive feedback, and demonstrating an understanding of construction supply chains and how supply chain management-related initiatives can be used to improve their performance. 750 words 15% Week 8;
- Final Supply Chain Report describing a selection of supply chain management-related initiatives to improve the overall performance of construction projects and firms. 2750 words 55% Week 10;
- Class presentation of 10 minutes communicating recommendations for improving the performance of a construction firm based on an analysis of current performance and a detailed understanding of supply chain management-related initiatives. 1000 words 20% Week 12.
