Additional details
- 10 minute oral presentation (1000 words), during weeks 3-6 of the teaching period, 20% (LO1)
- A teaching portfolio with notes and feedback from peer review sessions (2000 words), week 9, 40% (LO3, LO4)
- A reflective essay (2000 words), end of subject, 40% (LO2, LO5)
Hurdle requirements:
- Peer review cycles involving
- Completion of a cycle of reciprocal peer review of teaching with a colleague from within the subject
- Completion of a cycle of peer review of teaching with a departmental colleague
- Micro teaching session conducted during the teaching period, and completed by end of the teaching period
- Satisfactory completion of all assessment components
- Minimum 80% attendance at all scheduled tutorials, seminars and workshops
