In this subject, students are introduced to the skills and knowledge needed to undertake production management roles in the performing arts industry. Particular focus will be on high-level organisation processes and the generation of industry standard paperwork.
Included in this will be the principles of creating and running a production schedule and project budget as well as undertaking a project-level risk assessment. This subject prepares students to undertake management roles on VCA productions in their final year of study.
