- Hurdle Requirement 1: Satisfactory clinical performance and attendance throughout semester, with feedback provided throughout the semester;
- Hurdle Requirement 2: Attendance and participation in three reflective debrief sessions with the subject coordinator, with feedback provided throughout the semester;
- Critical personal reflections (three reflections of a total maximum 1,000 words). Students will be assessed throughout the semester (20%);
- Work portfolio (of total maximum 3,000 words, prepared during clinical work. Must contain at least one research note [minimum 2,000 words] and one client advice extract [1,000 words]), due at the end of the semester (50%);
- Law reform submission (of maximum 2,000 words, prepared outside of clinical work time), due during or at the end of the semester (30%).
The due dates of the above assessment will be available to students via the Assessment Schedule on the LMS Community.
