Structure
To obtain a specialisation in Biomedical Biotechnology students need to complete one of the following streams:
Biochemistry stream
- 50 credit points of Biochemistry stream core subjects
Microbiology and Immunology stream
- 37.5 credit points of Microbiology and Immunology stream core subjects
- a minimum of 12.5 credit points of Microbiology and Immunology stream electives
Pharmacology stream
- 25 credit points of Pharmacology stream core subjects
- a minimum of 25 credit points of Pharmacology stream electives
