Professional Certificate in Applied Data Analytics (PR-APPDA)

The Professional Certificate in Applied Data Analytics comprises two of the core subjects in the Master of Applied Data Analytics. It provides a strong base for students wishing to understand analytics technology and how it may be applied across professional disciplines.

Students who complete the Professional Certificate have the option of proceeding to the Graduate Certificate in Applied Data Analytics which will involve completion of a further two subjects or the Master of Applied Data Analytics which will involve completion of a further four subjects plus a Capstone project. Credit will be granted towards Graduate Certificate or Master’s for the subjects completed in the Professional Certificate.

All subjects are undertaken online providing students with flexibility in where and when they study. Students will be expected to actively participate in discussions and collaborations with their peers and teachers.

As most students in this course will be full-time professionals, enrolment is currently offered on a part-time basis only, requiring students to complete one subject per eight-week term, over an academic year of four terms. The course will typically be completed over 6 months part time.
