Majors, minors & specialisations
Research Specialisation
In the Research Specialisation, the research component (research training subject and minor thesis) will require students to propose a research question, choose and design a methodology for a relevant adolescent health challenge. They will then conduct their investigation under the guidance of a supervisor and apply what is learnt to their own workplace and practice. This research cycle, from conception to implementation and adaptation, will serve as a rigorous exercise in academic excellence.
Students must complete six (6) core subjects as part of the Research Specialisation's requirements. These subjects are:

Leadership Specialisation
In the Leadership Specialisation, the workplace focused component (and the students' associated project) will require students to select a relevant adolescent health issue, engage key stakeholders, then design and propose a program of inquiry and/or action. They will design and implement the project under the guidance of academic and professional supervisors, then distil and present what is learnt, identifying implications with stakeholders in their workplace setting. This cycle of inquiry, from conception and engagement to implementation, will serve as a rigorous exercise in leadership in adolescent health.
