Project Proposal & Presentation (Group assignment). Student groups will propose an HCI project that integrates AI. The proposal (20% - 1000 words) and presentation (10%) will be assessed for clarity, relevance, and alignment with HCI and AI principles.

Project Progress Presentations and Q&A (Individual) Within their project groups, each student will deliver individual stand-up updates on their project progress (5% each, with the best two marks retained).

Final Project Evaluation via Report & Interactive Oral Assessment (Group Assignment + Individual Component) Student groups present their final project outcomes. The group report (20%, approximately 1,000 words) will outline the evaluation process and findings. The interactive oral assessment (10%) will include a live demonstration and individual questioning of each group member.

Final Examination (Individual) Students will complete an in-person, written closed book examination based on a case study or scenario addressing the application of human-AI interaction. The 2h exam will assess critical analysis, ethical reasoning, and research skills in evaluating AI-driven interactive systems.
