Intended learning outcomes
On completion of this specialisation, students should be able to:
- Communicate in and comprehend German in a range of written and oral genres and social contexts
- Apply advanced knowledge of German language and of German culture and society in relevant professional and academic contexts;
- Utilise rigorous methods of inquiry and theories and methodologies appropriate to German Studies;
- Engage with and critically analyse complex changing social contexts related to the German-speaking world.
