The Master of Education (960BA) is a graduate research degree directed at practising professionals in a broad range of fields related to education who want to develop expertise in educational research.
Those undertaking this research degree will undertake an independent research study. Candidates will first complete the coursework component of the degree which has been designed to assist the candidate to prepare a defensible research proposal. The proposal will then form the basis of the independent research investigation. It is expected that candidates will complete a thesis ranging between 20,000-22,000 words for external examination.
Please note that this course will not provide you with registration to teach in Australia.
