Offered jointly by several Schools within the Faculty of Arts, this multidisciplinary program combines advanced study in the field of international relations with relevant professional skills development. The program’s elective offerings reflect Australia’s geographic location, as well as the University’s research strengths, notably in Asian Studies and the governance, security, and political economy of the region. The course offers a pathway to further academic study by developing students’ understanding of International Relations theory and practice. Further, it lays a firm foundation for professional employment by providing opportunities for study abroad, internships and language study.
