Eligibility and requirements
Prerequisites
Admission into or selection of one of the following:
- MC-PROPUP Master of Property/Master of Urban Planning
- 702PA Graduate Diploma in Property Valuation
- 300 point Master of Property major in the MC-PROP Master of Property
OR
Approval from the course coordinator
Corequisites
None
Non-allowed subjects
This subject is not available to any students who have already completed 25 points of construction technology (or equivalent) studies.
