Students must meet one of the following prerequisites options:

Admission into one of the following:
- 200pt Program course entry point in the MC-CM Master of Construction Management
- 200pt Program course entry point in the MC-ARCH Master of Architecture
- MC-ARCHCM Master of Architecture/Master of Construction Management
Option 2
Admission into the 300pt Program course entry point in the MC-CM Master of Construction Management
