Assignment 1 – A form completed by a group (3-4 students) detailing how their software project will address every item in the Assignment 2 rubric. The report should demonstrate advanced understanding in planning and implementation of mobile computing software. Intended Learning Outcomes (ILO's) 1 to 4 are addressed in this assignment

  • 40-50 hours (of work required)
Hurdle requirement: Assignment 1 is a hurdle and must be passed to pass the subject.		Week 630%

Assignment 2 – Implementation of a mobile phone application by a group, but marked individually (3-4 students) (60%). A VIVA style presentation (individually marked 10%). ILO's 1 to 3 are addressed in this assignment.

  • 90-100 hours (of work required)
Hurdle requirement: Yes, Assignment 2 is a hurdle and must be passed to pass the subject. The individual VIVA for assignment 2 must also be passed to pass the subject. 		During the examination period70%
