Presentation of a personal warmup program based on efficient alignment, conditioning and dance techniques to improve flexibility, strength and control. (10 minute Presentation)

Practical Examination of typical Contemporary Dance movement including floor sequence, centre exercise and travelling sequence. (15 minutes of movement material set by teacher)

Practical Examination of typical Ballet movement including Barre exercise, centre exercise and travelling enchainement. (15 minutes of movement material set by teacher)

A journal responding to guided questions which critically evaluate individual learning in skill development, technical proficiency and artistry.
