Project log (individual) 0.5 to 1 page, every 2 weeks through the semester, 10% total (2% per submission).

Mid-semester project review (conducted as a team, marked individually). 10-minute interactive discussion supported by 2-page written submission + evidence (e.g. interview transcripts, photographs) Approx. 20 hours of work per student, including project work (~15 hours) and compilation + preparation (~5 hours)

Demonstration (team) Approx. 20 hours of work per student, including project work (~10 hours), demo and presentation and preparation (~10 hours)

Interactive discussion (conducted as a team, marked individually). Up to 15 mins (based on work completed throughout the entire semester).

Final project submission (team) Approx. 20 hours of work per student, including project work (~15 hours, also contributing to Interactive discussion) and submission (~5 hours). In-class activities during semester contribute to the preparation of this submission. (Submission equivalent to approx. 10 pages)

Additional details
Students must achieve an overall pass mark for each of the individual and team components, i.e., the total score for the project journal, oral presentation x 2 and reflection (individual) must be a pass mark; and the total score for the project progress submission and final project submission (team) must be a pass mark.
