Recommended background knowledge
This subject focuses on the law in Australia and England & Wales, with reference to key developments in other common law jurisdictions as appropriate. It is only for those students without a law degree from a common law jurisdiction. If you do have such a law degree, then you should instead study LAWS70011 Commercial Applications of Equity.
