Students are required to submit 50 clinical ultrasound patient scans done in the workplace using the online logbook provided. In addition, 50 advanced and rare clinical ultrasound case studies will be provided for interpretation and reporting.
Intended learning outcomes
The completion of the subject, students should:
- Perform 50 clinical ultrasound cases in the workplace and report findings in a logbook
- Interpret a wide range of clinical ultrasound and echocardiography cases
- Practice reporting on rare and unusual cases
- Interpret and report 50 and case studies using recorded images.
