Overview

The Graduate Certificate in Arts (Advanced) allows students to undertake coursework subjects in a specialist field of Social Theory at an advanced level.

Intended learning outcomes

Students who complete the Graduate Certificate in Arts (Advanced) in this specialisation should have:

  • developed an advanced level of methodological and theoretical approaches in one area of study;
  • refined of analytical and critical skills; and
  • a strong foundation for the future, whether as a means of progressing to further postgraduate study, or improving the scope of employment options and professional advancement.
