The graduate program in environment, energy and resources law provides an insight into a dynamic area of law with strong commercial and social impacts. Legal practitioners and professionals in government and the resources, energy and environment sectors explore topics of national and international importance, across an emerging range of critical issues. Areas of focus include resource regulation in mining, petroleum and water resources, as well as climate change, energy regulation, development of infrastructure, indigenous rights, and environmental law and sustainability.
