A 2,000-word practical and/or verbal assignment focussed on a current humanitarian crisis (40%), due during the teaching period.
A 3,000-word agrumentative essay on a pertinient policy or academic debate with regard to humanitarian aid (60%), due two weeks after the conclusion of the teaching period.
Hurdle requirment: Students are required to attend a minimum of 100% of classes in order to pass this subject and regular class participation is expected.
