Quota: This subject has a quota of 120 students (60 students per availability). Please refer to the Melbourne Law School website for the JD Quota Elective selection process.
Summer offering - Pre-teaching period requirement: During the pre-teaching period, students are expected to access and review the Reading Guide that will be available from the LMS subject page and the subject materials provided by the subject coordinator, which will be available from Melbourne Law School.
