A mathematics background is necessary for students majoring in Property. Please note that is a requirement for the Property Major that students have VCE Mathematical Methods Units 3 and 4 or equivalent. Students who have not passed VCE Mathematical Methods Units 3 and 4 or equivalent and wish to enrol in the Property Major can take MAST10012 Introduction to Mathematics as a bridging subject before enrolling the Property Major in the second year of the Bachelor of Environments. MAST10012 may be taken as Level 1 breadth.
