Course structure
Student must complete the following two core subjects:
- UNIB30008 - Wines of the World
- AGRI50001 - Exploring French Wine, Food and Culture
And students must choose one of the following three elective subjects;
- AGRI20030 - Australia in the Wine World
- AGRI20027 - Vine to Wine
- EURO20007 / EURO30006 - A Taste of Europe: Melbourne Intensive
