One 1000 word individual written essay 1000 words	First half of the teaching period	10%
One 3000 word group assignment (usually in grops of 2-3 stduents) 3000 words	Second half of the teaching period	25%
Tutorial participation 12 hours	Throughout the semester	10%
In class group presentation (usually in groups of 2 students) Equivalent to 5 minutes per student. 10 minutes	Throughout the semester	5%
A 2-hour end-of-semester examination 2 hours Hurdle requirement: To pass this subject students must pass the end of semester examination.	During the examination period	50%
