This breadth track for students qualifies students to apply for a 200-point (two-year) Master of Property.

Breadth track for Bachelor of Commerce students ( B-COM)
This breadth track is suitable only for Bachelor of Commerce students as some of the subjects assume background economics knowledge.

What is a Breadth Track?
A breadth track is a sequence of three or more subjects (taken as part of a Melbourne Bachelor degree) that progressively develops knowledge and skills relevant to a coherent domain, theme, topic or issue. It is a suggested set of subjects, rather than a requirement.
