Intended learning outcomes
On completion of this course, graduates should be able to:
- Demonstrate an advanced theoretical understanding and knowledge of digital engineering including Building Information Modelling (BIM), sensor systems and Internet of Things (IoT), reality capture and information visualisation
- Critically analyse and evaluate digital engineering alternatives for addressing complex problems in architecture, engineering, construction, infrastructure and facilities management
- Generate digital engineering solutions to improve and transform industry practices
- Communicate and transfer digital engineering knowledge to others in the industry
- Demonstrate autonomy and responsibility in adapting digital engineering solutions.

- Have the ability to demonstrate advanced independent critical enquiry, analysis and reflection
- Have in-depth knowledge of their specialist area
- Reach a high level of achievement in writing, project activities, problem-solving and communication
