Intended learning outcomes
On successful completion of this specialisation, students should be able to:
- Exercise foundational research skills in the analysis of critical issues in Islamic Studies;
- Apply in-depth knowledge of traditions, ideologies and contemporary issues in the Islamic world in relevant professional and academic contexts;
- Apply in-depth knowledge of traditions, ideologies and contemporary issues in the Islamic world in relevant professional and academic contexts;
- Engage with and critically analyse complex changing social contexts related to Islam.
