Intended learning outcomes
Students who complete the Graduate Diploma in Arts (Advanced) in this area of specialisation should:
- Experience recent developments in literary studies
- Develop an understanding of methodological and theoretical approaches at an advanced level in the discipline
- Gain expertise equivalent to an honours degree in a particular specialist area of study.

Please note: Students must enrol in the thesis ENGL40026 English & Theatre Studies Thesis Part 1 and ENGL40027 English & Theatre Studies Part 2 over two consecutive semesters
