Intended learning outcomes
On completion of this course, graduates should be able to:
- Recognise the complexity of internal and external factors involved in making and implementing business decisions in practice
- Articulate and critically analyse a company's competitive environment, business model and competitive strategy
- Apply a set of essential management tools and frameworks to measure, analyse and drive business performance
- Identify key factors for effectively leading and manage teams
- Demonstrate an understanding of and apply fundamental analytical frameworks and concepts from at least two of the fields accounting, economics, finance, statistics, marketing and the social and behavioural sciences to solve business problems
- Demonstrate communication, personal and interpersonal skills while working with small and large teams.
