Intended learning outcomes
On completion of this course, graduates should be able to:
- Demonstrate advanced theoretical and technical knowledge of translation practices
- Analyse critically, evaluate and transform information to complete translations at a professional level
- Transmit knowledge, skills and ideas about translation to others
- Explain and apply the ethics of translation and intercultural communication
- Use translation technologies ergonomically
- Apply knowledge and skills to demonstrate autonomy, ethical competence and intercultural competence as a translator
