Intended learning outcomes
On successful completion of this subject, students should have:
- Developed time management and planning, and written communication, through the design, development and writing of a piece of research in the area of Applied Linguistics
- Developed critical thinking and analysis through completing a critical review of previous research, data collection and analysis and coherent presentation of an extended piece of writing.
Generic skills
At the completion of this subject, students should:
- Have developed research skills
- Have developed critical thinking and analytic skills
- Be able to communicate a complex research argument through writing.
