Intended learning outcomes
In addition to the Intended Learning Outcomes for the Master of Biomedical Engineering, students completing the specialisation in Business will:
- Have acquired cognitive skills to demonstrate mastery of theoretical knowledge and to reflect critically on theory and professional practice of biomedical engineering in the context of the business world;
- Be able to investigate, analyse and synthesise complex information, problems, concepts and theories, and apply established theories to different bodies of knowledge or practice related to business and biomedical engineering;
- Be able to justify and interpret theoretical propositions, methodologies, conclusions, and professional and business decisions to engineering and non-engineering audiences;
- Be able to design, evaluate, implement, analyse, and theorise about developments that contribute to professional practice or scholarship in the context of business.
