Business environments are increasingly dynamic, characterised by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. In order to navigate such conditions, business managers and professionals must demonstrate agility, lead successful change, and empower their teams to maximise performance while recognising and meeting the ethical responsibilities of individuals and business in society and striving towards sustainability.
The Master of Business equips learners from across diverse fields of study and work to become the business managers and professionals required by the organisations of today and tomorrow. The program develops the core competencies of business management and leadership and allows learners to explore a range of contemporary business topics.
The Master of Business is delivered entirely online and is highly interactive, offering ample opportunities to connect with faculty, industry experts, and each other, through online discussions and webinars. Intended for re-experience and early career professionals, including those from a non-cognate background, the program provides students with a broad foundation in business and economic studies, and the core functional and operational areas of business activity. The program offers students the opportunity to extend their knowledge through either practice-based or research project capstone.
