    Weekly or twice-weekly lecture and discussion on the ""Elements of Architecture"" - door; floor; walls; ceiling; window; corridor; stairs; bathroom; façade.
    Visit and guided  tour to exemplar apartment complex development in Melbourne, i.e.: Nightingale Village, Brunswick.
    Progressive investigation of exemplar detached houses with 1 x Australian and 1 x International reference per student.
    Progressive investigation of exemplar apartment complexes with 1 x Australian and 1 x International reference per student.
    Final project is a 8 - 12 storey residential complex at inner Melbourne site.
