Semester 1

Programming assignment applying and evaluating specific machine learning method(s) on given dataset(s). Addresses ILOs 3 & 4.

  • 20 - 25 hours (of work required)
From Week 4 to Week 720%

A final, open-ended (in terms of methodology) research project

  • 35 - 45 hours (of work required)
From Week 8 to Week 1230%

End of semester exam. Closed-book, 2 hours. Addresses ILOs 1, 2, 3 & 4.

  • 120 minutes
Hurdle requirement: Yes, The end of semester written examination must be passed to pass the subject.		During the examination period50%

Semester 2
