Assessment for Graduate Teachers (AfGT) Elements 1, 2 and 3

  • 2400 words (equivalent)
Hurdle requirement: This task must be passed to successfully complete the subject (each element 1-3 of the AfGT must be passed)		October35%

Teaching Performance: Observed teaching practice in School, Terms 1-4

  • 5100 words (equivalent)
Hurdle requirement: Teaching Performance must be passed		Final result in November65%

Employment in a school on a 0.8 teaching load

Hurdle requirement: Must meet all elements of the contract agreement with the school for employment 		Throughout the teaching periodN/A

Compilation of evidence of clinical practice which includes lesson plans/ unit plans/ notes and a log of a minimum of 15 classroom observations

100% attendance at all scheduled lectures, tutorials, seminars and workshops
