Additional details
The Master of Teaching (Secondary) Internship is a professionally accredited Initial Teacher Education qualification with an employment-based teaching internship.
Interns are employed in a Secondary School (0.8FTE teaching load for two-years, paid at a 1.0FTE para professional rate with Permission to Teach from the Victorian Institute of Teaching or equivalent Australian state/territory-based authority for Interns with a school appointment outside Victoria), forming the Clinical Teaching Practicum (Employment-based teaching) requirement of 80 days placement.
