A reflective journal including a log of hours worked and a Host Supervisor Assessment Report
| 2 weeks after completion of your internship | 30% |
The final report, which will include an introduction; table of contents; project spec; summary of goals met, both expected, unexpected and future career goals, and conclusion
| 6 weeks after completion of your internship | 50% |
