PRE-NOVEMBER 2019

  • Hurdle Requirement: Attendance at a pre-internship orientation session or online equivalent;
  • Hurdle Requirement: Legal internships activity log, due 2 weeks after completion of the internship placement;
  • Reflective journal (1,500 words) due 2 weeks after completion of internship placement (30%);
  • Legal writing portfolio (4,000 words) due 2 months after completion of internship placement (70%).

NOVEMBER 2019 ONWARDS

From the November 2019 offering onwards, the assessment will be as follows:

  • Hurdle Requirement: Attendance at a pre-internship orientation session or online equivalent, and a post-internship debrief session or online equivalent;
  • Hurdle Requirement: Legal internships activity log, due 2 weeks after completion of the internship placement;
  • Hurdle Requirement: Oral Presentation (10 minutes): To be uploaded electronically by a time to be advised from the end of the relevant teaching period (20%);
  • Hurdle Requirement: Reflective Portfolio (4,000 words): Due by a time to be advised from the end of the relevant teaching period (80%).
