The due dates of interim assessment will be made available to students on the Assessment Schedule on the Juris Doctor Canvas LMS Community. Note, these are updated regularly.
The timing of centrally managed final examinations can be found when the exam timetable is made available.
In line with Victorian Legal Admissions Board accreditation requirements for the Juris Doctor, the following subject content is examinable:
- All elements of statutory interpretation which have been taught in this subject;
- All those elements which have been taught in this subject from the prescribed areas of knowledge: Civil Dispute Resolution & Ethics and Professional Responsibility.
