This subject helps students become leaders rather than managers. Leadership is particularly important in organisation structures that are flat, flexible, diverse, and global. This subject establishes the capability to lead and influence diverse individuals and teams through intrapersonal (i.e., self-awareness and self-management) and interpersonal (i.e., communication, social awareness and social skill) development.

- Apply leadership principles to individuals, groups and organisations

- Respect and work collaboratively with a diverse set of individuals
- Better relate to and influence others
- Communicate and manage conflict more effectively
Generic skills
