Observation of a colleague's video recording of teaching and provision of written summary of the subsequent feedback conversation.

Reflective portfolio including the following: Critical reflection of enacting the peer review of clinical teaching process in your workplace (300-500 words) Response to the multi-source feedback received on your teaching (i.e. teaching plan and video) from CEiP tutor, from peer observers, from learners/students and from your own self-reflection (300-500 words) Re-submission of teaching plan with amendments to reflect an alignment with educational theory and any changes based on feedback received, include rationale (1000 words)
