Conference proposal: Written proposal drawing together WIL and self-study

  • 1000 words
Mid semester 1 10%

Capstone conference presentation: Individual oral video presentation (20 minutes) and peer review (10 minutes)

  • 3000 words (equivalent)
Hurdle requirement: Teacher Candidates/Interns must deliver a presentation and participate in the conference.		Late semester 2 30%

Conference Paper: Self-study conference paper exploring teaching practice

  • 6000 words
During the semester 2 examination period 60%

Online modules

  • 12 hours
Hurdle requirement: Teacher Candidates/Interns must complete a series of online methodology modules. 		Early semester 1 N/A

Work Integrated Learning Experience

  • 60 hours
Hurdle requirement: Teacher Candidates/Interns must complete this practical component of the subject.		Winter/Mid semester 2 N/A
