Overview

The specialisation in building is conceived for those students who aspire to become construction managers and work with medium to large general contracting companies. It has a strong technical component concerned with construction planning, contract administration and site operations.

Students are required to successfully complete 262.5 points core subjects in Construction Management or Property (225 Core and 37.5 points Construction Management- Building specialisation) and 25 points specialisation electives in the Master of Construction Management and 12.5 Property elective.
